Day 28 - Marbella - Rest Day

Rest day. We went out early to have an oil-change. We then drove into Vina del Mar which was extremely busy and on into Valparaiso, by mistake, until we found a beachside restaurant for lunch with Colin.

Good shrimp omelette. We saw sea lions on a rock. When we came back to the hotel, Malcolm and Tiffy had arrived to join Greg. Others are leaving, including Fiona. We sorted out our bags (again!) and rang Edward. The sun finally came out. In the evening there was a barbecue and  a prize-giving ceremony, at which the Pelly-Frys won the 4x4 prize. The meat at the barbecue was very good. We sat with Greg, Malcolm, Tiffy, Colin, Vanessa and another Dutch person (man). A pleasant evening.

Distance driven today 77 miles.
